APxAI ("we", "us") builds an autonomous AI development platform. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We collect the minimum needed to run the service — and we never sell your data.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: your email address and, optionally, your name when you join the waitlist, create an account, or contact us.
• Usage data: API requests, agent runs, feature usage, and TRIPPŸCOIN activity needed to operate and meter the platform.
• Code & prompts: content you submit to agents is processed to perform the task you requested. We do not use your private code to train foundational models.
• Technical data: standard log information (IP, browser type, timestamps) for security and reliability.

2. How we use it

• To provide, maintain, and improve the platform and your account.
• To meter API usage, run agents, and operate the TRIPPŸCOIN economy.
• To communicate with you about the service, updates, and support.
• To detect, prevent, and address security incidents, fraud, and abuse.

3. Sharing

We share data only with infrastructure and AI model providers strictly necessary to deliver the service (e.g., hosting, payment processing, and large-language-model inference), each under appropriate confidentiality and data-processing terms. We do not sell personal information.

4. Data retention & security

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may opt out of non-essential communications at any time. To exercise any right, email us at the address below and we will respond promptly.

6. Cookies

The marketing site uses only essential, privacy-preserving storage. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

7. Children

APxAI is not directed to individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
