Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of APxAI — our website, agents, API, VS Code extension, and the TRIPPŸCOIN economy. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and API keys, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 16 years old to use APxAI.

2. Acceptable use

Don't use the platform to build or distribute malware, conduct attacks, or violate the rights of others.
Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or abuse the API, rate limits, or agent infrastructure.
Don't use the service to generate unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
You retain ownership of code and content you submit; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to perform the tasks you request.

3. Agents & AI output

APxAI orchestrates autonomous and AI-generated work. Output may be imperfect and should be reviewed before use in production. You are responsible for testing, validating, and deploying any code or actions produced through the platform.

4. TRIPPŸCOIN

TRIPPŸCOIN ("TC") is an in-platform utility credit used to access agents, automations, and features. TC has no guaranteed monetary value, is not an investment, and is not a security. We may adjust earning and spending mechanics as the platform evolves.

5. Plans, billing & trials

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cadence shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

6. Availability

We strive for high availability but the service is provided "as is" and "as available." Beta and preview features may change or be discontinued. Enterprise SLAs, where offered, are governed by a separate agreement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APxAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or to protect the platform and its users.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
